M40 Inspired Custom Remington 700 .308 Precision Rifle

Started with a a factory action and rebuilt this rifle from the ground up. To include blueprinting the action, hand lapping the bolt, utilize a PTG precision ground .200 recoil lug, install/barrel work a select match grade barrel 5r 1-10 twist 26” OAL with a finishing match PTG headspace reamer and a target recessed crown.

Mated this precision barreled action with a PTG M5 BDM w/ a AI (5) round mag and a B&C M40 series stock. Full pillar bed, with barrel pad and free float barrel.

Additionally, I rebuilt the trigger for a short roll that breaks at 3lbs for a light/tactical trigger. Lastly, mounted EGW 20 MOA one-piece rail and EGW precision scope rings with a Vortex Venom 5-25x56mm scope.
