Rebuilt Springfield Armory 1911

This project started out as a Mil-Spec 45ACP but was in much need of an overhaul. Started out by replacing the slide with a RemSport and lightly peened the frame rails for a solid fitment. We utilized a factory original Colt barrel and installed a NM bushing along with an o/s slide stop pin and new barrel link.

Performed the MEUSOC reliability package internally and honed critical contact points to include the ignition system for a 3.5lb tactical break trigger.

Shooter preferred a slim grip profile with a knurled front strap and 20LPI MSH with ambi safety controls for positive ergonomics.

Cosmetically we flush cut the barrel and slide stop pin along with a full blend job and topped it all off with a magnesium phosphate finish and brushed stainless accent pieces.
