2. Service Terms
2.1 New Builds
A non-refundable parts deposit is required upon receipt of the itemized invoice to secure your project in our queue.
No parts will be ordered or labor performed until the deposit is paid.

Upon receiving your firearm, our pistolsmith will inspect it and contact you to discuss findings and develop a project plan.
Final parts will be selected, and an invoice for any additional parts deposit will be issued, if applicable.

Payments are processed securely through QuickBooks. Contact us at support@valorprecision.com or (440) 554-5772 for payment inquiries.
Remaining service charges are due upon project completion, as outlined in the final invoice.
